HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY EVELYN GISELLE

2 years ago i had a beautiful little girl. she was perfect. no cone head no white stuff. just perfect little girl i have ever seen. she was born at 832am 7lbs 1oz 20 inches long. she never cried (only when aunt Lala put her cold hands on her belly. the first night she didn't sleep very well or eat much, she was up throwing up most of the night, when my sister and mom returned the next morning at 9am we called the nurse in she still wasn't keeping anything down , it turned she had a bunch of yucky fluid in her tummy and had to have it pumped, my sweet sister Laura went with Evelyn to have this done, as i couldn't bear seeing my baby in pain. she came back and was a happy baby and starting eating a ton. we would have to wake her her up at night for her feedings. i didn't sleep much those 3 long days in the hospital (they were 3 long wonderful days), 3 days i was able to be her mother, love her, care for her, learn her little quirks, feed her and cuddle her. she was mine for those days, i cherished every second with her, wanting her know how much i loved and love her still. then it was time for her to go home with her mommy and daddy, who i had picked out with the help of the Lord's guidance. That was a really hard day in my life to leave the hospital without her in my car, but i know she was going home with right family.



She is an very loved little girl. She has blessed lives of those around her in so many ways. She blessed my life and for her I am grateful. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH LITTLE GIRL! ENJOY THIS DAY AND ALWAYS REMEMBER I LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHAT AND WILL NEVER STOP LOVING YOU!

happy birthday to me

I went to Florida to be with my Twin to celebrate this year. we have celebrated 25 our of 27 birthdays together, 25th- not able to travel as i was 8 months prego and 26- work refused me time off :( this year i was able to get 5 days off and spend it with my saster Laura. We had such a fun time. We went fishing caught grouper and grunt (and i caught the first catch, well we thought it was fish and turned out to be seaweed, lame) still fun though ( that was for A's birthday on 10/8- Happy Birthday). Sunday we went to Disney World and had a blast. We got VIP seating (thank you D) to the Parade, I loved it. Laura laughed at me the whole time because i kept saying "look Mickey, Look Goofy" ( i did this to all the characters, Especially when I saw my Favorite one of all CINDERELLA. I love Disneyland.  I love the parades, the  musical performances, everything is awesome. The boys left us there for 4 hours ( birthday stuff) to long. we got some sister bonding time and rode fun rides, we even had a little boy about 8-10 yrs old tell us Happy Birthday and gave us a yummy cupcake( his mom was with him :) ) it was better than mine ( yes i know hehe). Needless to say it was a great night with yummy food and lots lots lots of presents. ( pictures to follow soon)

My Angel is soo big.. she will be 2 years old next month... these are pictures i just got from her mommy in Boston. she is loving boston and has a best friend too :) she is growing up!!

This past weekend we celebrated our 1 year anniversary.. Time has gone by so fast. We choose to celebrate where it first began... DISNEYLAND. We had a great time. We went to the wishing well where Braden proposed, we didn't have to wait too long for the rides, it was a beautiful day at the park. We had so much fun. We were also selected to be in the honorary volunteer parade and got the opportunity to ride on the main float with Miss Piggy and Kermit. It was soo much fun to be in the parade and what a great day we had celebrating our anniversary. Later that night we meet up with my mother and sister melanie for dinner at Catal Resturant in Downtown Disney, we had alot of fun catching up with them. We traveled home Sunday to pick a wonderful anniversary present our little girl Sadie Hatch. She was so happy to go home and live with us.. We love her so much and YES she is ALOT of work, but still very lovable. Thank you to everyone for all the Wonderful wishes on our anniversary. (pictures of the adventures to follow)

Amazing

This past week has been up and down. I started my new job, completed week 1 of 6 weeks, 5 more to go. I love fraud and i cant wait to get onto the floor and start working claims. My husband has been so good to me(as he always is) but this week its meant more to me. I have been going thru a bit lately and finally getting better and I am so grateful I have a Priesthood holder in my home, not growing up with it, its meant alot to me. I dont ask for blessing very often, its probably rare for me to ask for one, but this week i really needed one and i love my husband for honoring his priesthood. I am starting to feel better now and I am so grateful to be able to move forward.

Good news!!

my mom came in to town this weekend for a visit to see us, well to see her cute granddaughter. Saturday we met up with The Allen's for a little bit of swimming, I wasnt able to swim but i still had fun. Evelyn got to play with Grandma and Braden and her parents in the pool as i sat and watch, i did get wet cause she would get out and give me a hug and help her out so she could jump in. Even though i wasnt allowed to swim yesterday I still had alot of fun. I got to hear her talking, she talks alot in English and Spanish and SHE CAN SAY HEATHER (HEADER!!) below is a video of it. Hearing her same my name and get excited to see me and give my loves and hugs and besos made the day a great day. I am so great ful for a loving open adoption and having the opportunity to be a part of her life.

New Adventures

We havent been up to much lately, except we have painted our house just a few rooms left but the main part is done.

 

Braden recieved a promotion a few months ago, he is now a Service Mananger for Wells Fargo, he is doing an awesome job at it to. I have recently been interviewing for new postions within Wells Fargo as well. I have had several interviews and after a couple months of waiting I finally recieved a job offer. I will no longer be working in Auto Collections, I will be moving to Atm/Debit card Fraud for Wells Fargo. This job is a true blessing, its better hours no more 10-9pm shifts on thursaday and friday nights. My schedule is now Monday thru Friday 8-5 no weekends and it came with a raise. I start July 6th, 6 weeksd of training here I come. I also hope to be back to school by September, we will see.
My sweet sister Laura came down to visit us on her way to Florida, while she was here she took some additional wedding pictures. (see below).

The weekend of July 10th my mom and sister sharon and maybe melanie will be here, we are getting together with the Allens before their big move to Boston for a year.

Other than that not much else has been going on. 

OH, MY ANGEL IS GETTING SO BIG!!! She is 19 months old now, she is in nursury and loves it and loves loves her brother Micah.

Bradens 25th Birthday Bash

We were so lucky to have Braden's Family and my sister Laura there for this fun event.  On friday before Braden's birthday I made a cupcake for him at work. Everyone loved it. Braden's birthday celebration started out with me making Braden french toast in the morning and opening presents. We then went to the Temple ( ahh such a beautiful peaceful place). The we were able to go to the Hard Rock Cafe and had a fun celebration and I made Braden a Monster cake.  Here are some of the celebration

I have the most amazing husband and family. I ma so greatful for the love I am shown. This past week has been a fun one.. my family came for a visit and to meet my little Angel. It was the first time my sister Melanie has meet her and her loving parents. We had such a fun time. We grilled and played with my Angel. She is so big on 28th she will be 18 months and getting ready fro nursery. I can't believe how quick time goes by. She talks and walks and is her own little person. My favorite thing she says is mas and aqua, its amazing how much she has grown. I am so greatful to have so much love and support thru this process. Pictures to come soon
